Who we are

Aerofonia is a chamber duo formed by Weronika Partyka and Tjaša Drovenik Adamec, based in Slovenia. This website (aerofonia.com) is operated by the duo. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@aerofonia.com.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively share with us, and limited technical data needed to run the site.

Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form, we process the name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message you provide.

Email correspondence. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Technical data. Our hosting provider may temporarily log standard request data (IP address, browser, requested URL) for security and reliability purposes. A functional cookie (i18n_redirected) is used to remember your language preference.

Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure overall site usage. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, does not use fingerprinting, and does not collect or store any personal data or device identifiers. Only aggregate visit counts and page views are produced. Because no personal data is processed, no consent is required.

  • To reply to your enquiry — legal basis: your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • To run and protect the website — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To remember your language preference — legal basis: strictly necessary functional cookie, no consent required.

Who has access to your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site:

  • Resend (email delivery, EU/US) — receives contact-form submissions so they can reach our inbox.
  • Cloudflare (hosting and CDN) — processes technical request data.
  • Our email provider, used to read and respond to your message.

These providers act as our processors and are bound by appropriate data-protection agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form messages and related email correspondence only as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer retention is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • request erasure ("right to be forgotten") or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@aerofonia.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
